Job summary

KEVILLE ENTERPRISES, INC. is seeking a Senior Aviation Estimator to join an on-site, airport-based program management team in Austin, TX.

The candidate must have at least 10 years of aviation cost estimating experience, including terminal and airfield infrastructure, with strong Excel and HCSS Heavy Bid skills. The role involves developing estimates for diverse projects, reviewing others' estimates, and interfacing with stakeholders to ensure integrated cost and schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Ten years aviation cost estimating experience on vertical or civil projects; terminal and airfield infra experience.
• Proficient with Excel and HCSS Heavy Bid; digitizers and takeoff software experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans and specs, determine crews, equipment and production rates.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for airport, highway, bridge, tunnel, and building projects.
• Review and comment on estimates prepared by others; write technical reports.
• Coordinate estimates with project schedulers to align with schedules.
• Interface with owners, designers, engineers, suppliers, and contractors; participate in meetings and value engineering.
