Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior aviation leader to drive the growth of its aviation practice in Indiana. You will lead technically challenging airport infrastructure projects, collaborate with executive leadership, and strengthen client relationships to expand the portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, 10+ years of aviation consulting experience, and a proven track record delivering runway, taxiway, and airfield improvements, including FAA-funded projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of aviation engineering consulting experience preferred.
• Experience managing airport infrastructure projects including runways, taxiways, aprons, parking facilities, and airfield improvements.
• FAA-funded project experience strongly preferred.
• Airport design, inspection, rehabilitation, or construction administration experience.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued expansion of a growing aviation practice.
• Deliver airport infrastructure projects for runways, taxiways, aprons, and airfield improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airport clients and executive leadership.
