Job summary

Moove seeks an experienced AV Tech 3 to serve as a senior technical authority within depot operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead advanced diagnostics, high‑voltage oversight, and warranty execution to ensure rider‑ready standards.

You will mentor technicians, enforce documentation, and drive safety and quality across complex autonomous vehicle services in a fast‑paced depot setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in advanced automotive or autonomous vehicle environments, including OEM warranty execution and lead or supervisory responsibilities.
• Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Electronics, or Robotics strongly preferred.
• ASE Master Technician status highly desired; required HV certifications or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Perform authorized OEM warranty repairs on critical vehicle systems, including suspension and high‑voltage components.
• Act as the final internal authority for challenging diagnostic faults, resolving issues on‑site to minimize escalations.
• Lead the technical growth of the workforce by coaching Senior Technicians on advanced diagnostics and repair skills.
• Enforce standardized documentation practices across all work orders to ensure high warranty claim acceptance and complete vehicle service histories.
