Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Audio Visual / Technology Talent, to design and execute recruiting strategies for highly specialized AV engineering, PMO, and field service roles. You will act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders, leveraging market insights to build high-quality pipelines and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

You will partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs, shape sourcing approaches, and influence compensation discussions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on specialized technical talent.
• Experience recruiting within Audio Visual, technology integration, low-voltage, or related technical services.
• Functional recruiting across Engineering, PMO, Project Management, and Field Operations.
• Strong direct sourcing, passive engagement, market intelligence, candidate assessment, stakeholder consulting, and offer negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and convert high-quality Audio Visual and technology talent, focusing on Engineering, PMO, project delivery, and Field Service Technician roles.
• Develop and execute precision talent mapping across AV integrators, technology providers, manufacturers, and related markets.
• Build passive candidate pipelines through personalized outreach in niche AV/Technology ecosystems.
• Partner with senior leaders to define current and future talent needs aligned to growth and project demand.
• Assess candidates for technical depth, project delivery capability, and customer-facing readiness.
• Present curated candidate slates and drive data-informed offer strategy and closing.
• Advise hiring leaders on talent availability, role scoping, compensation, and market dynamics.
• Elevate Diversified's presence in the AV/Technology talent market through targeted campaigns and community development.
