Job summary

Code3AV is seeking an AV Systems Programmer to develop custom control system programs and intuitive user interfaces for client projects. You will own the programming lifecycle from pre-construction through on-site support, ensuring systems are reliable and meet client expectations.

The role requires deep experience in AV programming, familiarity with Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS, and the ability to translate client workflows into effective interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AV programming or system integration.
• Experience programming control systems from leading AV manufacturers such as Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS.
• Strong understanding of network protocols as they relate to AV systems.
• Ability to translate client workflows into intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom AV control system programs and user interfaces.
• Perform staging, testing, and on-site support for deployments.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and field teams throughout projects.
• Create user manuals and training materials for end users.
• Maintain coding standards and contribute to documentation library.
