Job summary

ProSource is seeking an Installer to work with teams and independently complete installs and service calls, with responsibility for timely daily procedures and paperwork. The role includes vehicle care and maintenance and requires proficiency in complex AV installations and control-system setups.

Candidates should perform advanced troubleshooting, networking, and programming across multi-room and security systems.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven.
• Ability to work on rotating on-call service schedule.
• Proficient in Lead level qualifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex audio/video installs and setup.
• Control system (lighting/shading) and Theater room installation.
• Satellite/Cable systems setup and install.
• Advanced troubleshooting of simple and complex systems.
• Advanced networking/data system install and setup.
• Strong programming of advanced systems.
• Advanced understanding of multi-room systems and setup.
• Advanced understanding of security system programming and design.
• Tech 2 or better certifications (or obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Completion of Alarm.com Academy (or obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Completion of ProSource University within the first year of employment.
