Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Senior Calibration Engineer to lead calibration, integration, validation, and deployment of production-level data recording solutions across vehicle programs and software platforms. You will drive end-to-end calibration activities and mentor teams to enable scalable, reliable data for product development and fleet monitoring.

The role requires collaboration with software, systems, platform, quality, data engineering, and ADAS feature teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive software integration, calibration, validation, or data-collection systems.
• BS in an engineering field as listed.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Own calibration strategy, configuration development and deliverables for ADAS data recording.
• Lead integration of data recording software into vehicles, benches, and simulation environments.
• Plan and execute end-to-end validation and test activities.
• Lead data-collection campaigns and monitor performance across fleets.
• Mentor calibration engineers and partner teams with technical guidance.
