Job summary

GRVTY is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to contribute to the development of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV). The role involves systems engineering principles, performance criteria development, and integration activities.

Responsibilities include defining AUV architecture, conducting tests, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant discipline and extensive experience in systems engineering.

The position offers a competitive salary of $190,000 - $210,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional systems engineering experience on complex hardware/software systems.
• Experience with integration and test processes, including test procedure development and anomaly resolution.
• Strong ability to produce clear, well-organized technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AUV system architecture definition and selection of supporting sensors.
• Create documentation for interface control documents, architecture diagrams, and test plans.
• Lead the planning and conduct of product environmental tests and field testing.
