Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7 years of experience in workload automation and scheduling support.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and support AutoSys Workload Automation environments.
Design, create, modify and monitor AutoSys jobs, calendars, workflows, and dependencies.
Troubleshoot job failures, performance issues, and scheduling conflicts.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Manage AutoSys upgrades, patching, migrations, and environment maintenance.
Monitor workload performance and optimize scheduling efficiency.
Collaborate with application teams to onboard and automate batch processes.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
Support production releases and ensure scheduling compliance.
Provide L2/L3 support and participate in on-call rotation when required.
Implement automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
