Job summary

Scientific Systems Company, Inc. seeks an experienced Product Quality and Test Group Lead to build and lead a high-performance quality organization for autonomy software and mission-system products.

You will oversee QA/Test, Build & Release, field validation, and release readiness, ensuring ISO-aligned processes and readiness across multiple OEM platforms. This role establishes the long-term quality strategy and drives automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years in product quality, test engineering, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise product quality strategy for autonomy and mission-system products.
• Oversee QA/Test, Build & Release, and field service teams; develop metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure release readiness, verification, validation, and ISO-aligned processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, field ops, and OEM partners to align quality expectations.
