Ideal candidates will have a BS, MS, or PhD in a related field and over 5 years of experience in robotics. • 5+ years of experience developing robotics or autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of autonomous capabilities for heavy construction equipment.
• Architect high-level planners for new construction tasks.
• Mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams through technical design reviews.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams to integrate systems.
• Improve reliability, safety, and performance of deployed systems.
• Own technical road maps and shape long-term product strategy.
