AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, repair, and service transmissions and general automotive systems, using state-of-the-art equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own professional grade tools to service general repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Assist other technicians in performing technical activities.
• Perform general repairs on vehicles.
• Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques.
• Professionally record findings so that repairs costs are accurately estimated.
