Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our Newark, DE service center. You will lead undercar repairs, inspect and diagnose, perform brakes, oil changes, tire mounting/balancing, and more.

We offer competitive weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for ASE certification and internal promotions. Must have 2+ years of automotive repair experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license required; ASE certification a major bonus.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
