Job summary

Far East Motors in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a B-level automotive technician to independently handle routine maintenance and repairs including brakes, steering, suspension, cooling, electrical, and A/C. You’ll develop diagnostics with mentorship in a busy, supportive shop that values workmanship and efficiency.

Earn $60,000–$120,000+ annually, with bonuses and guaranteed hours. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday rotation, health benefits, paid time off, ASE

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong mechanical foundation.
• Ability to independently perform common repairs.
• Developing diagnostic skills.
• Good work ethic and reliability.
• Pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• ASE certifications are a plus, but focus is on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform common maintenance and repair work such as brakes, steering and suspension, cooling systems, electrical repairs, A/C, and general drivability concerns.
• Continue to develop more advanced diagnostic skills.
• Contribute to a productive, team-focused shop environment.
