Job summary

RPM Auto Center in Irwindale, CA is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to perform a wide range of repairs for cars and light trucks. You will diagnose and repair electrical systems, work with the team to complete service requests, and maintain high quality and safety standards in a busy independent shop.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technician experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive systems.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including suspension work, tire service, and auto estimating.
• Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge and expertise to efficiently complete service requests.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of work.
• Adhere to dealership standards and guidelines for quality and safety.
