Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Current ASE Certifications preferred; Master, L1 preferred.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Strong experience with both domestic and import vehicles.
• Knowledge of reflashing/reprogramming processes for modern vehicles.
• Demonstrated diagnostic and service expertise in driveability, electrical, powertrain/drivetrain systems.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development and ownership of quality work.

Responsibilities

• Technicians diagnose and repair vehicles for customers.
• Perform accurate testing, diagnosis and repairs with high-quality workmanship.
• Work across domestic and foreign vehicles to build experience.
• Conduct complete, honest courtesy digital vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with the service department to address customer concerns.
• Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Work with others to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results.
