Bridgestone Retail Operations in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while applying leadership and mentoring skills to drive customer care and satisfaction. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and a flat-rate pay structure with pay range $23.00 to $37.62 per hour, plus ongoing training and ASE-certification opportunities.

You will stay current with evolving automotive technology through formal training and be encouraged to obtain ASE

Qualifikationen

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, primary/advanced fuel ignition, electrical systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical people.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years of employment.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
