Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join multiple U.S. auto service centers. The role requires 3–5 years in a shop or dealership and offers a flat-rate with 75% hour guarantee.

Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing complex braking, suspension, engine, and A/C systems while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred ASE A4 and A5 certifications, state inspection license, or MAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
• Troubleshoot problems using the latest technology.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and housekeeping.
