• Professional appearance and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department.
• Collaborate with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver results.
