Job summary

Carvana Avon Lake is seeking an experienced Tech III for a full-time role in a factory-authorized Stellantis dealership service department. You will handle engine, transmission, diesel, drivability, warranty and module programming repairs for customer-pay and warranty work, not just routine maintenance.

The role requires dealership tech experience, Phase 3 Stellantis certification, and proficiency with wiTECH and factory service information.

Qualifications

• Dealership technician experience preferred (CDJR strongly preferred).
• Phase 3 Certified Stellantis technician.
• Ability to perform main line repairs and diagnostics.
• Comfortable using factory scan tools and service information.
• Ability to diagnose before replacing parts.
• Strong work ethic and team attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
• ASE certifications not required.

Carvana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Avon Lake

is a factory-authorized Stellantis dealership adding an experienced Tech III to our shop. We are a full-service repair facility performing engine, transmission, diesel, drivability, warranty and electrical repairs — not just maintenance work. This is a true dealership service department handling customer-pay and warranty repairs, recalls, and module programming. This is not a recon or inspection facility.

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions

• Frequent standing and sitting with varying periods of each
• May at times require working different shifts
• Lift up to 60 pounds frequently
