Job summary

American Automobile Association seeks a skilled automotive technician to join our Elk Grove shop. You will perform approved repairs, follow industry standards, and maintain safety and quality in a high-volume environment.

You should have at least five years of hands-on experience, ASE Master Certification (L1 a plus), and a valid driver’s license with a clean record; daily tasks include digital inspections and parts verification with clear communication to managers and teammates.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least five years of hands-on automobile repair experience.
  • ASE Master Certification; L1 certification a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Performs approved repairs on vehicles.
  • Follows industry standards and completes repairs as requested by customers.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment, follows safety regulations, and reports unsafe conditions.
  • Keeps up to date on industry trends and repair procedures, attends training.
  • Verifies parts orders, performs digital inspections, and communicates with managers and technicians.
  • Responsible for the safety and accuracy of repairs.
