Slate is seeking a Senior Studio Photographer to define and elevate Slate’s visual language for automotive and lifestyle content. The role blends art direction with hands-on photography, leading lighting, lensing, and turntable workflows across campaigns and product launches.

You will build and maintain e-commerce image standards, author brand guides, and collaborate with Marketing, Creative Production, and Design to ensure consistent, high-impact visuals.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of professional studio photography experience in automotive/product
• Experience creating a brand look and visual identity
• Experience building a studio from ground up and selecting equipment
• Expert in continuous and strobe lighting and overhead control systems
• Able to author style guides or brand books
• Experience mentoring other photographers and on-set crew
• Portfolio showing mood boards, lighting tests and final images

Aufgaben

• Own visual development and lighting language for Slate brand photography
• Define shot lists, angles, framing, and consistency for product imagery
• Provide art direction from concept to retouch for studio images
• Lead image production for campaigns and brand visuals
• Develop lensing standards and lighting setups for consistency
• Oversee 360° vehicle/product turns and on-set tethered shooting
• Author and maintain the studio photography brand book
• Manage DAM tagging, versioning, and asset organization
• Collaborate with Marketing/Creative on shoots and concepts
• Mentor juniors and set guidance for on-set crew
