Qualifications

• Over 3 years of software development experience within the automotive or equivalent industries.
• Familiar with industry standards like ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA etc.
• Experience in system engineering practices such as requirements authoring, failure analysis and test development.
• Experience in developing automotive software testing framework.
• Experience in developing automotive software in C, C++.
• Experience with requirements management, issue tracking, and software version control tools.
• Experience with agile software development processes.
• Strong team player; drive to exceed expectations and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the optimization of the software testing framework.
• Ensure the consistency of testing ecosystem across teams.
• Document the software testing regression strategy.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements, code, and test cases.
• Create guidelines and best practices for testing.
• Support functional test metrics and code metrics development.
• Evaluate test results with software developers.
