Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive chassis components (suspension/steering, subframes, engine mounts, wheels, brakes, fuel/exhaust).
• Develop robust 3D designs using CATIA V6.
• Create and interpret 2D engineering drawings.
• Apply GD&T and design-for-manufacturability principles.
• Collaborate with design engineers, test engineers, and suppliers.
• Evaluate technical proposals and communicate recommendations.
• Interpret basic CAE results (stiffness, natural-frequency).
• Manage multiple projects and support development schedules.
• Prepare technical documentation and report results.
