Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Automation Tester (Mobile) to elevate QA for iOS and Android, lead automation strategy, and ensure reliable, high-quality releases across platforms.

You will partner with Product, Design and Development to craft thorough test plans, implement UI automation with Espresso and XCUITest, and integrate tests into CI pipelines for early defect detection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of technical background in software testing or QA.
• 3+ years of automating mobile app testing.
• Experience with iOS and Android testing (manual and automated).
• Experience with Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, MonkeyTalk, Selendroid, and Katalon.
• Strong debugging, API testing, CI/CD, and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design and Development to craft thorough test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional and automated testing to ensure feature accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using Espresso and XCUITest.
• Embed automated tests within CI pipelines for early defect detection.
• Create and review PRs to support full regression automation coverage.
• Track, document, and report defects and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Lead QA process improvements across multiple backend teams.
