Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an SDET Specialist to join our Technology Engineering team. You will drive quality across the software development lifecycle with automated testing strategies and scalable frameworks.

You’ll partner with engineers, product teams and business stakeholders to ensure robust test coverage and reliable deliveries. You’ll influence testing approaches, contribute to CI/CD pipelines and help elevate product quality for millions of transactions across our global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years in software testing and automation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, TDD and BDD.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and CI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality across the SDLC by advancing functional and automated testing practices.
• Develop scalable test frameworks and automation solutions to enhance code quality and reliability.
• Own the continuous testing strategy for assigned applications; use quality insights and risk analysis to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate complex business and client requirements.
