Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a Quality Automation Engineer III to join our San Antonio team. You will design and deploy advanced test automation solutions for complex banking applications, ensuring stability and quality across systems.

In this role, you will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and development teams, and drive testing objectives with a focus on integrity and excellence. A strong background in Java, Selenium, and SQL is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of test automation experience.
• Experience with Selenium as the automation framework.
• Strong Java and SQL query skills.
• Understanding of OO programming concepts.
• Experience with automation frameworks and design patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Maven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, design, review, build, and deploy test automation solutions for complex systems.
• Lead troubleshooting of escalated issues with project teams to identify root causes.
• Mentor other Test Automation Engineers to align with Frost’s framework.
• Collaborate with product, project, development, and business stakeholders on objectives.
• Write and execute functional test cases as needed.
