We’re seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Engineer to join our Assembly Pre-Sales Applications team. In this key technical role, you will lead the creation of manufacturing and assembly concepts that ultimately become full-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of engineering/proposal experience.
• Experience leading proposals from concept to submission.
• Knowledge of mechanical and controls engineering.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs and customer specifications to align with capabilities.
• Develop costed proposals, layouts, and cost estimates.
• Justify technical and financial solutions with vendor quotes or cost analyses.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to confirm scope.
• Solve problems with cross-functional teams within budget constraints.
• Manage multiple proposals and meet deadlines.
• Stay informed on automation trends to improve proposals.
