Qualifications

• Analyze Customer RFQs & Specifications for alignment with capabilities.
• Develop Costed Proposals and Concepts for assigned RFQs.
• Justify Technical & Financial Solutions using vendor quotations.
• Manage multiple proposals while meeting deadlines and requirements.
