Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Eagle Mountain, Utah, to lead automation and control system integration projects. This full-time role involves managing project execution from proposal to closeout, ensuring predictable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing complex projects and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Competitive compensation ranging from $125,000 to $175,000 annually plus a bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing complex industrial, engineering, automation, or systems integration projects.
• Experience leading projects with elevated operational, technical, or commercial complexity.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex automation and control system integration projects from proposal through closeout.
• Develop integrated project execution plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services.
