Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer the low-drama Mobile Testing format Ford inherited and never documented.
• Carry a Zephyr feature through code freeze without Ford stability issues.
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team.
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles.
• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services.
• Replace the brittle Organization hack with a Gatling solution that scales in Allentown.
• Decode the undocumented Gatling service nobody at Ford remembers writing.
