Qualifications

• 8+ years of automation experience within GMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments.
• Hands-on experience with DCS platforms, preferably Emerson DeltaV.
• Experience validating systems and developing automation standards in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation system design, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle support across manufacturing operations.
• Serve as the SME for DCS, BMS, MES, and associated control systems.
• Drive project execution from concept through implementation and handoff.
• Oversee integration of third-party equipment into site automation and platforms.
• Develop URS, FS, and design specifications for compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set priorities and timelines.
• Support new product introductions and GMP transitions.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Execute change controls, system upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support including on-call rotations.
