ClifyX Inc is seeking a Senior Automation Developer for Broadband CPE QA with 5–8 years of experience. You will design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for Wi‑Fi, RDK‑B, and cable modem devices, driving end-to-end validation and scalable test automation.

Responsibilities include integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines, debugging with Wireshark/tcpdump, and collaborating across engineering and DevOps to improve coverage and release quality.

Formación

• 5–8 years of QA experience in broadband CPE or gateway devices.
• Strong Python automation experience (Pytest or equivalent).
• RDK‑B automation and validation experience.
• Knowledge of Wi‑Fi tech (Wi‑Fi 6/7/8).
• Proficiency with Linux and debugging tools.
• Experience with provisioning and firmware validation workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for Broadband CPE on RDK‑B.
• Drive end-to-end automation for Wi‑Fi and Cable Modem validation.
• Automate functional, regression, performance, and stability tests.
• Develop scalable automation for networking features (DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv4/IPv6).
• Build provisioning workflows, firmware upgrade validation, and feature rollout tests.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines for faster releases.
• Enhance existing frameworks to support new device capabilities.
• Debug and perform root-cause analysis using logs, Wireshark, tcpdump, CLI.
• Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and development teams to close gaps.
• Contribute to automation architecture and testing strategy for future devices.
• Participate in defect triage and release validation cycles.
