Job summary

FUSTIS LLC seeks a senior QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web applications and APIs. You will create and execute automated test suites using Playwright, Python, and PyTest, and develop automation solutions for REST APIs and integrations.

Day-to-day activities include integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with developers and product managers, and ensuring release readiness in AWS environments.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, QA Automation, or Test Automation Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks.
• Create and execute automated test suites using Playwright, Python, and PyTest.
• Develop automation solutions for REST APIs and application integrations.
• Build reusable automation utilities, libraries, and reporting tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Validate application functionality, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
• Support testing and execution activities within AWS environments.
• Partner with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies and coverage.
• Participate in requirements reviews, design discussions, sprint ceremonies, and release planning.
• Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue prevention.
• Improve automation reliability, maintainability, and execution efficiency.
• Contribute to quality metrics, reporting, and release readiness assessments.
• Champion quality engineering best practices across teams.
