Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead a portfolio of complex, high-impact control systems projects across safety, quality, schedule, and cost. You will guide Project Managers and cross-functional teams to achieve predictable delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, execution discipline, and strong collaboration with engineering, operations, and business development to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in project or program delivery within industrial/technical environments.
• PM certification (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience leading complex project portfolios and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of complex projects with risk, schedule, cost-to-complete reports, and financial projections.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers to drive high-quality execution.
• Serve as primary escalation point for critical project risks, issues, and customer concerns.
• Review and approve forecasts and cost-to-complete reports and financial projections.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed target gross profit margins.
• Provide strategic oversight on project execution, contracts, and commercial performance.
• Support resource planning and staffing forecasts with engineering and business development.
• Align delivery with company standards, QMS, and strategic objectives.
