Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Menands, NY is seeking a Senior Automation Systems Integration Engineer to design, implement, and support Data Acquisition and Analysis Systems in a fast-growing, science-driven environment.

The role focuses on real-time data collection, OT applications, and integration of automation with cGMP processes, requiring 8+ years of experience and a BS in engineering. On-site work schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with OT applications including SCADAs, HMIs, Historians.
• Knowledge of ISA S95 and S88; IT/Automation integration.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale systems and PLC communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software/hardware improvements to existing automated equipment and new equipment per change control procedures.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing deviations and anomalies in automated control systems.
• Develop and edit engineering design documents, evaluations, and test plans for cGMP equipment following GAMP 5.
• Support small manufacturing, engineering, and validation projects.
• Provide support to process control and monitoring software design, commissioning, testing, and corrective actions.
• Create, update, and execute FAT/SAT protocols and system specifications.
• Review cybersecurity vulnerabilities related to automation systems and infrastructure.
• Maintain automation system documentation.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule.
