- Proven leadership of 15+ onsite and offshore engineers.
- Familiar with ISA-95 framework and SCADA/ICS architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and automation delivery for complex projects.
- Mentor engineers onsite and offshore and serve as primary customer contact.
- Drive shopfloor-to-MES integrations with ISA-95 aligned data models.
- Modernize legacy controls and SCADA platforms to scalable architectures.
- Develop real-time KPI visibility using Ignition/SCADA and historians.
- Implement IT/OT convergence, predictive analytics, and remote diagnostics.
- Ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and auditability across automation workflows.
- Support RFPs and technical proposals with architecture scope and delivery models.
