Job Summary

The Senior Automation Anywhere Administrator is responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the Automation Anywhere A360 platform, including Control Room, bot management, agent automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

This role involves ensuring platform stability, enabling advanced automation capabilities, supporting cognitive and autonomous agent workflows, and collaborating with RPA and AI teams to deliver scalable, secure automation solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support the Automation Anywhere A360 Control Room.
• Manage user access, RBAC, licenses, credentials, and device pools.
• Configure and maintain Bot Runners, Bot Creators, agent automations, and related components.
• Monitor bot executions, queues, schedules, and agent health.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting incidents and performing root-cause analysis.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and routine platform maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security, and audit requirements.
• Configure, deploy, and manage agent-based automations, including workload balancing and orchestration.
• Enable and support AI skill development within Automation Anywhere.
• Integrate and manage AI-powered automation features such as Document Automation, IQ Bot, cognitive services, and generative AI connectors.
• Work closely with RPA developers, architects, and stakeholders to productionize AI-enhanced and agent-based automation solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360, including administration and Control Room management.
• Experience with agent automation and AI skill enablement.
• Exposure to agentic process automation and AI-driven workflow concepts.
• Experience managing Bot Runners, queues, schedules, and devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in production RPA environments.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, services, and basic networking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IQ Bot, Document Automation, or Generative AI features.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.
• Exposure to API integrations and cloud-based AI services.
• Experience working with Citrix, VDI, or virtualized environments.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Certifications
