Responsibilities

• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems and control logic for manufacturing processes
• Configure industrial communication protocols and design network architecture for automation systems
• Develop and maintain HMI screens using FactoryTalk Optix, Ignition, or Wonderware platforms
• Implement and maintain SCADA systems for real-time monitoring, data acquisition, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Automation, or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in automation controls and industrial systems
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider) and ladder logic
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, OPC UA)
• Experience developing HMI systems and SCADA platforms
• Strong networking background with industrial LAN/WAN architecture and cybersecurity practices
• CAP, PLC certifications, or CompTIA Network+/CCNA certification preferred
