Bridgestone Americas, within Bridgestone Retail Operations, seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team for improved customer care. Pay range reflected in regional rates supports a flat-rate compensation model.

Role emphasizes mentorship, continuous training, and advancing ASE certifications; strong emphasis on safety and quality service across our stores.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications; company covers tests.
