Job summary

Kendall Mercedes, part of Kendall Auto Group in Central Oregon, seeks an automotive Technician. The role requires diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing calibrations, and road testing to ensure quality. A valid driver’s license, 2+ years of shop experience, and ASE certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop.
• ASE certifications are preferred.
• Must be able to operate a wide variety of vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and identify work needed on various vehicles.
• Perform adjustments and calibrations, replenish fluids, disassemble and reassemble components, repair or replace parts.
• Document work and hours per policy and road test vehicles to ensure quality and issue resolution.
