Job summary

Hireology in Joplin, MO is seeking a Master Level Auto Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension and brakes. You will use diagnostic tools and perform work to dealership standards while communicating with Service Advisors.

Ideal candidates have a valid drivers license, strong time management, and the ability to work independently. ASE certifications are ideal; the role offers paid training, benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver2s license with clean motor vehicle record.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail under tight timelines.
Willingness to follow directions while working independently.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods in all weather.
Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
ASE certifications are ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
Utilize diagnostic tools, special service equipment and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems
Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication
Ensure warranty repairs meet all manufacturer specifications
