Job summary

Carvana seeks an Experienced Auto Technician to perform comprehensive repairs and diagnostics across all makes and models, including electrical systems and EV/hybrid work, using state-of-the-art tools in our inspection centers.

We offer a competitive hourly wage with strong benefits and training programs to advance skills and pay. A minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Experience performing repairs across light to heavy engine work and systems.
• Experience diagnosing advanced electrical issues including EV/Hybrid vehicles.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs from basic maintenance to complex engine work on all makes/models.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including EV/hybrid components.
• Service wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems (AC/heater).
• Maintain safety standards and use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers.
