Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department.
