At Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, we are seeking a Senior Auto Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform heavy duty repairs, diagnostics, and clutch/transmission work in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

You will work at a Cox location with no remote option, earning an hourly base pay that reflects experience and location, and potential incentive programs. We value safety, ASE credentials, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service and repair experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED (Preferred).
• Current ASE Certifications: A1-9, L1 where required by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy duty work and the duties of a level 1 and 2 auto tech.
• Work independently or in a team environment.
• Perform advanced diagnostics.
• Clutch and transmission replacement.
• Identifying required parts and partner with our parts & procurement teams to acquire necessary parts, supplies and materials.
• Alerting team lead and/or management about difficult issues, patterns and trends.
• May upfit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
• May be required to perform OEM recalls.
