Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking a Multi-Care Tech in California to operate as an advanced automotive technician with skills beyond a lube technician, capable of performing all ancillary services and basic brake work. You will handle brake repairs, spark plug replacements, tune-ups, and at some locations tire repair and replacement, with emphasis on safety, customer service, and precise estimates.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CA driver's license, English communication, and strong

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
ASE Certifications preferred (e.g. A5 brakes).
Problem Solving Skills.
Physical Dexterity skills are required.
Ability to work in a professional environment.
A valid State of California driver's license is required.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Must possess the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to use all the applications on the company computer system to effectively and efficiently build estimates and invoices for the customer.
100% completion of required computer-based training (CBT) for the Orientation and Safety, HSSE, Courtesy Technician (CT), Upper Bay Tech (UBT), and Lower Bay Technician(LBT) modules.
100% certified completion of required computer-based training for Service Specialists and Advanced Specialists.
