Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a professional-level sales associate in Harlingen, Texas. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, supporting DIY customers, and achieving sales goals. Candidates should have automotive knowledge, sales experience, and strong communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time position with various responsibilities, including managing DIY services and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
