Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Tennessee is seeking a full-time sales associate to support advanced functions of the DIY business. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of automotive systems, strong sales ability, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing DIY services, achieving sales goals, and ensuring high standards of store appearance. Previous experience in automotive parts is required, and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
