Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to support sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE as required.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and assist with installations.
• Read diagnostics codes and suggest solutions to customers.
