As Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will help deliver exceptional service, assist with product selection, and support store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

You will engage customers, share knowledge on automotive parts, and drive sales while maintaining team collaboration and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18+.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and maintain positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to support sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and maintain store organization, following cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to keep the workplace secure.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and installations to assist customers.
• Read codes with diagnostic tools and propose solutions.
